/I am experiencing issues accessing my Money20/20 online account.

Choose ‘Forgotten Password’, enter your account email, and follow the automatic email instructions to reset your password.

/My company has registered a pass for me but I am unable to locate it.

If a colleague purchased your pass, it will appear in their Money20/20 account, even if the pass is registered under your name. Rest assured your access is not affected as long as your pass has been assigned delegate details. If unsure of the registration status of your pass, contact the Delegates Team for assistance.

/If I book passes for my colleagues, can I then move the passes into their account so they can manage their own passes?

If you prefer individuals to handle their own passes, we recommend placing separate pass orders as we are only able to move full booking orders between accounts. Contact the Delegates Team, and we'll assist with the transfer, if feasible.

/I have provided names to all my delegates attending, will they receive an email confirming their registration?

All registered delegates will receive various communications leading up to the show, including event details, helpful tips to maximize their experience, information about the Money20/20 Connect App, and a unique barcode email with instructions on pass collection at the venue upon arrival. /Can I make delegate name replacements and is there a deadline?

To make a name change, hover over the delegate's pass in the Pass Manager area and navigate to Options > Delegate details > Edit details > Click on ‘To replace the delegate please click here’

If you don't see this option, it might not be available for your pass type online. Get in touch with the Delegates Team with details of the new delegate, including their full name, company name and address, job title, phone number, and email and we will be able to assist you with the replacement.

Online name changes will no longer be possible from Sunday 21 April 2024. You can either get in touch with us or we can assist you directly at Badge Pick Up if the pass has not already been printed and/or collected.

/How can I add a photo to my pass?

You can update/add a photo by:

  • In your Pass Manager, clicking on Options > Delegate Details > Upload Headshot OR hovering directly over the photo icon on the pass > Add photo.

  • In the Money20/20 Connect App, you will be able to make changes via the edit profile section.

For security purposes and to ensure you can move easily around the venue, please make sure you upload a recent photo. The photo needs to be a minimum of 480 x 600 pixels in size and a passport-style (on a blank background), portrait layout, in jpg.

We are unable to accept cartoon images, caricatures, animal photos, multiple faces in the frame, or a full body shot where the subject's face might be a bit difficult to identify.

/ I have specific dietary requirements. Can I add this to my booking?
