Making changes, updating your details and accessing your account
Need to edit details for yourself or other delegates? We’ve got you covered.
Once a pass has been registered, it will remain in the booking contact's Money20/20 Asia website account under Pass Manager.
But don’t worry, the attendee registered against the pass will still receive all the show details they need – including information on the program, the Money20/20 Connect App, Badge Pick Up, and more.
Depending on the order, you may be able to move the pass into a different online account. Email the Delegates team at asia@money2020.com to find out more.
All registered Money20/20 attendees will receive various important event communications leading up to the show. This will include event information, helpful tips and tricks to prepare and plan their trip, details about the Money20/20 Connect App when it launches, and their unique barcode registration email with Badge Pick Up instructions before they arrive.
Passes can only be moved as whole booking orders; in this case, we would advise you to place separate orders within your account if you wish to have this option available.
If you’d like to move a pass order between different accounts, please reach out to the Delegates team at asia@money2020.com and we will support you in transferring, if possible.
Name changes can be made online in your Pass Manager until a few days before the show, or at the registration desks onsite when you arrive if badges have not already been collected. Replacements are free of charge.
To proceed with a name change directly in your account follow these steps: On the pass you wish to replace, select Options > Delegate Details > Edit Details > “To replace the delegate, please click here” > Save.
If you don’t see this option, this might not be available for the pass type you are looking to replace online. Get in touch with the Delegates team at asia@money2020.com for assistance.
For security purposes and to ensure you can move easily around the venue, please make sure you upload a recent photo before you arrive onsite. The photo needs to be a minimum of 480 x 600 pixels in size and a passport-style (on a blank background), portrait layout, in JPG.
You can do this directly in the Pass Manager of your account or via the Money20/20 Connect App (when it launches). You only need to do this once on either platform.
- To upload in the Pass Manager, click on Options > Delegate Details > Upload Headshot or hover directly over the photo icon on the pass > Add photo.
- To upload via the App, once you are logged in, click Update your profile > Upload photo.
Note we don’t accept cartoon images, caricatures, animal photos, multiple faces in the frame, or a full body shot where the subject's face might be a bit difficult to identify.
To upgrade your existing pass directly in your Pass Manager select Options > Change pass and then select the pass you’d like to upgrade to. When you proceed to checkout you’ll only need to pay the difference in price between the original pass and the upgrade pass. For more information reach out to asia.vipservices@money2020.com.
For platinum pass holders, your platinum account manager will reach out and collect your arrival and departure flight details. Confirmation of services will follow up with instructions for you to receive the airport fast track service at your arrival and to meet your driver at arrival and departure. Please email asia.vipservices@money2020.com with your new travel details and we would facilitate the service accordingly. If there are any changes to your travel plans within 24 hours of your arrival/departure, we would try our best to accommodate your request but please note that it would be subject to availability.
We’ve worked with venue caterers to give you a greater variety of choices across the show. Vegetarian and vegan options will be widely available, as well as a range of non-alcoholic drinks at all bars and networking events. All allergens and ingredients will be clearly highlighted across all food products and menus.
While we will be unable to provide 100% certified kosher meals prepared by a kosher chef, our catering will include some ingredients that meet kosher dietary requirements. However, please note that the meals are not prepared by a kosher-certified chef.

If you have an existing account, choose the ‘Forgot Password’ option for instructions on how to reset your password. Note an email will only be sent if you have an existing account.
If you have not yet set up your account or if you’d like to correct a typo on the email address used proceed to sign up for a new account using the correct email. Should you require assistance, get in touch with the Delegates team at asia@money2020.com.
