Bootcamp

Start your morning strong with our Bootcamp session. This high-energy workout is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready for more. All fitness levels welcome.

Flow Classes

Take a moment to reset with our easygoing Flow sessions, designed to help you unwind, re-centre, and breathe deeply. With gentle movements and calming exercises, these sessions are perfect for all levels. Mats and water provided. Come as you are, no need to change clothes.
