Book your pass
Show passes can be booked online via our Pass Picker where you’ll be able to view all available pass options, benefits, pricing, and criteria.
Our delegates can register throughout the show but we recommend you secure passes in advance for the best rate as pass rates increase as we draw closer to the show. Passes will also be available to purchase onsite at the show when you arrive.
You’ll be able to register delegates without having to provide any details until February 2026. After that, details are required to proceed to checkout. But don’t worry, you can swap out names later directly in the Pass Manager of your account if plans change.
Your passes will show as ‘Ready to go’ in your account once all details have been assigned (including uploading a headshot). Each attendee will then be able to collect their physical pass from the registration desks onsite.
A few days before the show we will send each registered attendee an email with all the information on how to collect their badge which will also include a unique barcode they will be able to show/scan on arrival. This information will also be available via networking app.
Yes, Money20/20 Connect is our AI Matchmaking tool which will allow you to connect with decision-makers who matter to you. The desktop platform and mobile app will be made available for all delegates approximately 4 weeks before the show.
To access Money20/20 Connect you will need to have a valid Money20/20 pass and a website account set up. The email you use to set up your account must match the one registered on your pass.
You will have the opportunity to opt in or opt out of networking by updating your delegate preferences directly on your pass registration details online or by contacting us at connections@money2020.com. You will also be able to update this directly on the app by clicking on ‘Update your profile.’
Your networking profile does not include any contact details such as your email address or telephone number. Please note that if you decide to opt out you will not be able to use the platform to browse or reach out to other attendees.
Money20/20 will be unable to offer refunds (including for pass downgrades) or credits for any current or future Money20/20 shows. But don’t worry, you can replace a delegate via your Pass Manager free of charge, until the last day of the show.

To proceed with a name change directly in your account follow these steps: On the pass you wish to replace, select Options > Replace delegate > Add new delegate's details > Save.
Registered attendees will be able to view, sort, and filter the attendee list in Money20/20 Connect - our official App. GDPR and internal policies prohibit sharing delegate data with individual delegates and sponsors.
Accepted payment methods
Payments must be made in USD ($), no other currencies are accepted. You must make all your pass purchases directly via our Pass Picker.
Our accepted payment methods are as follows: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Discover, Diners Club & Union Pay.
We also accept payments via Invoice/Bank Transfer, to have this option activated for your account, please reach out to the Delegates team at asia@money2020.com.
All pass orders must be made online via the Pass Picker. But don’t worry you can still pay using bank transfer. To enable the option to pay using this method, please email asia@money2020.com.
Our team will activate this option for your account, and you will see ‘Bank Transfer’ listed under payment methods at checkout. After selecting it and clicking ‘Place Order’, an invoice will be automatically generated using the billing details provided (please allow up to 24 hours to receive an invoice). This invoice will be due for immediate payment upon receipt.
You will also receive a confirmation email with your Order Number.
If you encounter issues at the time of attempting payment, check the common scenarios and actions below:
Card security block:
- Error message: For security reasons, we are unable to process your payment. Please contact your card provider before reattempting payment
- Recommended action: Contact your card provider to address potential issues like international transaction locations, security authentication, or currency restrictions.
Government-imposed sanctions:
- Error message: The country you selected has been sanctioned. This means you may not be able to use all of the payment methods below.
- Recommended action: Please note some companies' countries might be subject to a sanction review before we can confirm your booking/accept your payment. Get in touch with the Delegates team at asia@money2020.com for further information and to activate the bank transfer/invoice option so you can place your order.

- Recommended action: refresh the page and check whether your order has been moved to the purchased orders section of your account. If this is not the case and the pass is still in the pending orders section, get in touch with the Delegates team for further guidance to avoid a duplicate charge.
