Badge pick up onsite

Please bring a form of ID and your badge pick up barcode email. A few days before the show, you’ll receive an email with your unique barcode and details on how to collect your badge onsite. You’ll also find the barcode in the Money20/20 Connect App, under Badge Pick-Up.

If you can’t find the barcode email, don’t worry. Head to the Registration desks anyway, and the staff will help you locate the booking onsite.

Your Money20/20 Asia badge will include your headshot, first and last name, job title, and company name. Make sure the details on your badge are up to date, but you can always log in to Pass Manager to make any changes.

If your pass isn’t in your account because it was booked by someone else, please ask the booking contact to make the changes or email the Delegates team at asia@money2020.com and they’ll be happy to help.

Absolutely! Head to Registration or buy your pass online.

You can collect a badge for someone else and we’ll be able to add the collection details to the booking. Please make sure you bring the badge pick up barcode email with you or an email from the delegate with permission to collect the badge on their behalf.

As long as the badge hasn’t been used or printed already, you can make a name change at the Registration desks or online by following these steps: On the pass you wish to replace, select Options > Delegate Details > Edit Details > “To replace the delegate, please click here” > Save.
