Money20/20 Connect App Troubleshooting

Please note it has not been possible to log in to Money20/20 Connect.

This is because the email address you have used to log in does not match the one against your pass OR you do not yet have a pass for Money20/20 Asia 2024.

Please see our troubleshooting tips below.

If you have a pass, please note the following:

  1. The email address on your Money20/20 website account must match the email address on your pass. If you are not sure which email address has been used against your pass, you can check via your Pass Manager or you will need to check with the login contact who booked on your behalf.

  2. If you do not already have an account using the same email address that is against your pass, please Sign Up to create a new account.

OR

If you have an account but have forgotten the password, please click on ‘Forgotten Password?’ from the Money20/20 Login page.

You will then be able to log in to Money20/20 Connect desktop or via the mobile app.

  1. It can take up to 1 working day from purchase for access to be enabled for you to log in to Money20/20 Connect (via desktop or the mobile app).

  2. If your company has purchased a pass but it has not yet been assigned to anyone, please ask the login contact to assign the pass to you first from the Purchased Orders section of their Pass Manager.

If you do NOT have a pass already, you can buy now.

Please note it can take up to 1 working day from purchase for access to be enabled for you to log in to Money20/20 Connect (via desktop or the mobile app).
