Carol Grunberg is Vice President at Northwestern Mutual. She is responsible for leading Innovation, Sales Strategy and Business Integration. Carol also serves at the President of the Board of Wnet (Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions), the premier professional organization for women in payments.
Wnet has recently partnered with McKinsey and Leanin.org on the “Women in the Workplace” study, one of the largest comprehensive studies of the state of women in corporate America.
Prior to Northwestern Mutual, Carol led Business Development initiatives, including Product Innovations and Strategic Partnerships at Google, Ant Financial/Alibaba Group, Discover and in startup.
Carol has worked and lived in China, India and Southeast Asia. She has deep expertise in SuperApps and emerging markets, driving some of the most sophisticated consumer experiences.
