As VP, Global Entity Management & Oversight, and CEO & Chairman of PayPal Pte Ltd, Aaron is responsible for the governance and regulatory agenda for PayPal’s international legal entity structure. He partners with the business to provide regulatory advice to drive growth initiatives and accountability for the legal entity.

Aaron has over two decades of experience in finance, business development and general management across the industrial and financial services industries. He spent 12 years with General Electric corporate office and GE Capital and has lived in more than 10 cities as an international executive. His roles at GE included being the Corporate CFO for ASEAN, overseeing $5B in orders across the Power, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Healthcare & Transportation businesses, as well as CFO of GE Capital Bank Hong Kong, where he successfully steered the bank through the 2008 global financial crisis.
