Chrisma Albandjar is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in information and communication, management, and public policy. Her career spans journalism, telecommunications, healthcare, and digital finance, with a strong focus on bridging the digital divide and advancing public welfare. She has played key roles in Indonesia’s political transformation and anti-corruption efforts, including serving as Special Advisor to the President’s Chief of Staff.

Currently, she serves as Commissioner at DANA, Indonesia’s leading digital wallet and financial services platform, and as Board Member and Vice Secretary General of AFTECH. Her leadership experience includes senior roles at global companies such as Microsoft, Pfizer, and MSD. Chrisma is also active in the Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) and various social organizations, and is a frequent speaker on technology, policy, and inclusive development.
