Sudipto is the Chief Risk Officer at UnionDigital Bank, one of the leading digital banks in the Philippines. In this role he is responsble for leading UnionDigital bank's risk management strategy across Credit, Market, Liquidity, Operational, and IT Risk.

Sudipto brings over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, including nearly two decades with Citibank, where he held senior leadership roles in Risk Management across multiple geographies. In his regional head role with Citi APAC, Sudipto had oversight over the risk and analytics practices across 17 markets in Asia, Europe and Australia spanning cards, payments, lending and wealth management businesses. He also held senior management positions in many of these markets.

Sudipto has a deep passion for leveraging data and advanced technologies to enhance banking products and services, with a strong focus on driving financial inclusion and on improving overall customer experience.
