Head of Ecosystem
Renna Ba is Head of Ecosystem at Morph, the Settlement Layer for a Global Payments Network. Morph provides the infrastructure for value to move across networks and borders, supporting everything from local checkouts to cross border remittances, with stablecoins as the primary medium of settlement. At Morph, Renna leads ecosystem strategy and partner development across stablecoins, DeFi liquidity, and real-world payment rails, building the conditions for real payment activity to happen at scale. She works across the full stack of the payments ecosystem: issuers, gateways, custodians, liquidity providers, neobanks, compliance infrastructure, and the DeFi primitives that connect them. Her background is in BD and ecosystem growth across Web3. She brings an execution-focused lens to ecosystem building closing the gap between what chains are capable of and what payment businesses actually need to go live.
