Co-President
Tin Pei Ling is Co-President of MetaComp, a Singapore-HQ Major Payment Institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. MetaComp provides cross-border payments and digital asset solutions for FIs, PSPs, & businesses operating across multiple markets. She leads the development and adoption of the StableX Network, a regulated Web2.5 cross-border payment network powered by the StableX Engine and VisionX Engine. Together, these engines enable cross-border payments with integrated FX execution, liquidity routing, and end-to-end risk, AML/CFT, and compliance monitoring across fiat and digital asset rails. Beyond her industry responsibilities, Pei Ling holds a public-facing role, shaping her understanding of how broader societal considerations intersect with real-world business and market needs. She focuses on addressing persistent frictions in cross-border payments — including settlement delays, liquidity constraints, and market fragmentation — through collaboration and scalable infrastructure.
