Leon is a seasoned payment leader with 20 years of experience in Fintech across issuing, acquiring and cross-border payments where he served at American Express, Worldpay Inc. and DBS Bank. An intentional leader at the foray of changes, decade ago Leon was an early pioneer at Airwallex scaling cross-border payments when Fintech was still uproven. Now, a new era with Stablecoins at the inception of becoming a new payment infra, Leon leads the charge for OSL Group (HKEX 863) and head the business for APAC, focusing on building the new compliant stablecoins payment infrastructure, bridging Web 2 and Web 3 financial ecosystems to enable the next generation of global payments.
