Adi Bhatnagar, FRSA, is a Venture Architect & Ecosystem Strategist at Emerging Forward, a platform decoding Europe ↔ APAC (emerging markets) capital flows for founders, LPs, and GPs. He works with angel groups and early-stage funds across Europe, MEA, and APAC as an associate and mentor, supporting impact-driven and deep-tech startups with fundraising readiness, strategic positioning and investor relationship building. As an EIC Expert and ecosystem mentor, he advises startups and programs focused on climate, health and frontier technologies. Adi’s earlier career spans banking, strategic marketing and co-founding roles, giving him a horizontal view of how capital, product and go-to-market intersect in emerging ecosystems. Based in Delhi with a global mandate, he builds practical bridges between founders, corporates and capital across regions.
