Amrita Ghanekar is an empathetic leader with a passion for perpetual learning and innovation and has driven transformative business initiatives at scale throughout her 20+ year career in the financial services industry including at Brown Brothers Harriman, Mercer and now BNY.

Today she is the Senior Director of Data and Analytics of Treasury Services at BNY where she specializes in the conceptualization and implementation of business intelligence systems to drive proactive sales outreach, commercialization opportunities and client advisory fueled by advanced analytics & AI.

She represents BNY in many industry forums (women in payments, Gartner & AI-4).

She holds an MBA from Temple University, Philadelphia and bachelor's degree in business from the University of Pune, India. She is also a Chartered Accountant. Amrita is an advocate for neurodiversity inclusion leading various DEI efforts at BNY. She serves as the treasurer and event planner at a special needs school in NJ.
