Dr Andras Rung is the founder and CEO of Ergomania, a UX and AI design consultancy specialising in digital banking and fintech, based in Budapest and Amsterdam. Since 2002 he has worked with banks, financial institutions and fintechs — today across Europe, the US and Asia. He is a board member of the Global FinTech Alliance (GFA) and the Hungarian Fintech Association (HFA). With a PhD in linguistics and a background in language technology, he focuses on voice AI and Sentient Banking, Ergomania's framework for interfaces that adapt to each customer's moment. He co-authored the first Hungarian UX book, publishes The Flavor of Fintech interview books, and has spoken at Money20/20 Europe three times.
