Anju Patwardhan is a globally experienced Fintech investor and former banking executive. She is an Independent Board Director on the boards of Gulf International Bank (Saudi Arabia), Xapo Bank (Europe), Upgrade Inc. (California|, and Deep Future Analytics (USA). She is also on the Global Advisory Council of Stanford University's Distinguished Careers Institute.

Anju was Managing Director at CE Innovation Capital, a Fintech VC Fund with an AUM of over USD 1 billion, until 2024. She invested in over 60 Fintech companies and Funds in the US, the UK and Israel. Before that, she worked at Citibank and Standard Chartered (SCB) for over two decades, based in Singapore. She held senior leadership roles, including Global Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Digital Banking Head. At SCB, she was a member of the global Executive Leadership Team, Global Technology & Operations Management Group, and Global Risk Management Group.
