HashKey Tokenisation is the tokenisation arm of HashKey Group, an Asian end-to-end digital asset finance group. HashKey Tokenisation specializes in advising and facilitating the tokenisation of various types of assets, with a particular focus on Web3 native assets.

Anna Liu has headed the legal department in the HashKey Group since 2018. With solid legal skills and deep regulatory insights, Anna has led the legal team to provide all round legal support for the whole ecosystem of the Group, including licensed exchange, custody business, brokerage business, venture capital, asset management, node validation, and other Web3 infrastructure services in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and other jurisdictions.

Prior to joining the HashKey Group, Anna was a Senior Legal Counsel at Tencent and Skadden, a leading international law firm.

Anna has over 15 years of experience in private equity and investment funds, cross-border investment, M&A, Hong Kong and overseas capital markets.
