Prior to joining Mox Bank, Barbaros held senior leadership roles at ING Bank Austria, ING Bank Turkey, and Garanti Bank BBVA, spearheading digital initiatives that drove significant growth and change. Notably, as CEO of ING Bank Austria, he successfully transformed the bank from one focused on savings into a comprehensive digital banking platform, offering a full range of retail and wholesale banking services.
