Ben El-Baz is Head of International Markets at HashKey Group and Managing Director for EMEA, leading the group's licensed businesses across the EMEA region and key accounts in Southeast Asia. Over eight years at HashKey, his work has spanned strategy, business development, licensing, and regulatory across five jurisdictions globally, giving him a rare front-row view of how digital asset regulation is converging, and diverging, across the world's major financial centers. He has helped bring regulated products to market across spot trading, derivatives, OTC, tokenized money market funds, and stablecoin payments, and works at the intersection of traditional banking partners, stablecoin issuers, and licensed exchanges. A frequent speaker on digital assets, stablecoins, and tokenization, Ben holds an MS in Management from Stanford GSB.
