Dr. Bijna Kotak Dasani, MBE, FRSA is a former Investment Banker turned Entrepreneur, Investor and Venture Capitalist with 25 years of global financial services experience. She has advised leading Wall Street firms, monarchies, and serves on multiple global Venture Capital Investment Committees and Advisory Boards. She also deploys private equity through her Family Office and advises ventures on diversification and expansion strategy.

An alumna of the University of Oxford and De Montfort University, Bijna holds Venture Capital certifications from UC Berkeley Law, Venture Forward, NVCA and Newton, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).

Appointed MBE in 2020, she has been recognised by Queen Camilla (2025) for her contributions to legislative reform in BFSI. A Venture Capitalist of the Year (2025), she has received numerous global honours and features in several international publications on leadership, innovation and inclusion.
