Dr. Bo Bai is the Group Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Alpha Ladder Group, a Singapore-headquartered Digital Green Group spanning financial innovation, financial technology, and sustainability technology.

Dr Bai operates at the intersection of traditional capital markets and digital finance, with a focus on real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation and institutional-grade financial infrastructure. He holds a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is the inventor of multiple patented methods related to digital financial infrastructure and asset representation.
