Her career spans some of the most respected names in global finance — DBS, HSBC, Mastercard, and a UK-based pioneering BaaS fintech Railsbank — where she held senior roles shaping strategic business growth and product innovation and development. Most recently, she served as CEO of DCS Innov, a spin-out from DCS Card Centre (former Diners Club Singapore), where she spearheaded the launch of Singapore’s first financial-institution-issued payment token and led pioneering initiatives bridging fiat and digital assets
