Cipta is a seasoned product design leader with deep expertise in fintech and digital banking. He began his career in digital design, pioneering UX capabilities at a leading agency before transitioning into product design, shaping experiences for early and mid-stage startups.

As a founding member of Indonesia’s first digital bank, he built and led a high-performing distributed design team, driving seamless financial experiences and redefining banking engagement. He later joined a visionary venture led by top banking executives in partnership with one of Indonesia’s largest startup ecosystems to develop an innovative financial platform set to disrupt the industry.

Passionate about education, Cipta teaches Service Design and UX at national and private universities in Indonesia, mentoring future leaders in technology and design.
