Claus Christensen is the CEO & Co-Founder of Know Your Customer, an award-winning RegTech company with offices and clients in APAC and Europe. Know Your Customer won the second prize at the SFF Global Fintech Awards in the ASEAN category in 2022.

Besides hosting RegTalks, a podcast on RegTech trends with 30+ episodes featuring global experts, Claus is a Senior RegTech Lecturer at CFTE and contributes to industry publications like Finextra and Regulation Asia. He has spoken at Money 20/20 Europe and Hong Kong FinTech week.

Claus has over thirty years of experience in the software industry. Before Know Your Customer, he founded Servolutions GmbH, a company developing email server infrastructures for 60,000+ global customers, and served as Vice President of Electronics at Thielert Aircraft Engines.
