Dalad led the SCBX-KakaoBank-WeBank Virtual Bank Consortium mandate, successfully structuring the partnership and leading the team that secured the SCBX Consortium as the three successful applicants to establish Thailand's first virtual banks, a landmark step in advancing financial inclusion at national scale.

She brings over 20 years of global experience across private equity, M&A, and consulting, with prior senior roles at McKinsey & Company, Walmart Asia, Crescent Point Capital (now part of Ares Management Corporation), and Bain & Company.
