Damien Gough is a fintech and payments specialist with deep experience across issuing, issuer processing, global payment networks, and emerging financial technologies. As Head of Asia Pacific at Thredd, he leads regional teams and commercial growth across the region.

Prior to Thredd, Damien spent 9 years at Visa supporting global fintechs including Revolut, Airwallex, and Wise in launching their issuing programs across Asia Pacific. With over 20 years of experience working with banks and fintechs in the region, he brings a deep understanding of navigating its complex and diverse payment ecosystem.
