Daranee Saeju is Assistant Governor for the Strategy and Special Projects Group at the Bank of Thailand, where she leads strategic direction and key transformation initiatives. She has over 25 years of central banking experience across monetary policy, foreign exchange operations, financial stability, financial sector development, payment systems, fintech innovation, and IT/cyber risk oversight. She was seconded to the IMF’s Monetary and Capital Markets Department during 2009–2011. She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Rochester.
