David Ye is an entrepreneur, investor and executive with over 30 years of experience in internet, banking and fintech across the U.S., Greater China and other emerging markets. He has founded and invested in tech startups from 0 to 1, from growth to scale, resulting in two unicorns including one IPO. He is the co-founder, chairman and CEO of Rong360 Group, a leading independent open platform for the discovery and recommendation of financial products. He also held leadership roles with PayPal, American Express, Capital One and AOL.

He sits on the advisory board of the Stanford University Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR). He is a mentor of Tsinghua University PBoC School of Finance Global Entrepreneur Leadership Program. David was awarded “Entrepreneur of the Year 2015” by The Founders. He is an avid endurance sports athlete, having completed major marathons and Ironman events worldwide.
