Fernanda De Fino is EBANX's Global Director of Risk and Compliance, leading the areas of Compliance, AML/FT, Integrity and Ethics, Corporate Governance, and Risk of the company, supporting all 29 countries in which EBANX operates in Latin America, Africa and Asia, in addition to leading the development of the company's global ESG program. Graduated in Law and specialized in Socio-Environmental Law at PUC do Paraná, De Fino is a specialist in Compliance in Latin America. She has worked for over 15 years as a Compliance lawyer and executive in the financial market and for large financial institutions such as HSBC.
