Fernn Lim is the Chief Operating Officer of audax, a Standard Chartered–backed corporate venture enabling banks to rapidly deploy and scale digital banking solutions. Based in Singapore, she deputises the CEO and oversees key functions across five markets, including People, Marketing & Communications, Shareholder Engagement, Legal/Corporate Secretarial, New Market setups, and Business Operations.

Previously, Fernn was the Head of Culture and Fintech Acceleration at OCBC’s The Open Vault, where she was a founding member. She led the bank’s corporate accelerator, expanded operations into Malaysia, and helped the team win Asian Banker’s Best Innovation Centre in 2018.

A strong advocate for female leadership, Fernn contributes to BoardAgender, Deloitte’s Board Ready Women, and Money 20/20’s RISE UP program. Recognised globally, she has been named among the Top Women in Fintech across APAC, Asia, and worldwide. With a career spanning London and Singapore, Fernn holds two Master’s degrees and a Mathematics degree.
