Fernn currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at audax, a digital banking platform, backed by Standard Chartered. She deputises the CEO and oversees key business functions focused on driving the company's expansion across multiple markets.

Fernn is actively involved with BoardAgender and Deloitte's Board Ready Women (BRW), initiatives that aim to increase female representation in boardrooms in Singapore. As a Money 20/20 RISE UP Alumni, Fernn is also committed to developing women leaders in the financial services and fintech sectors.

Fernn is a double Masters holder and has a degree in Mathematics. She has successfully built teams from the ground up as a 3X founding member. She is currently focused on scaling the SC nexus/audax business. Her achievements in fintech include:
