At HARA, he drives agricultural transformation by digitizing upstream data to empower smallholder farmers with access to finance

and markets. He also develops blockchain-based traceability systems for the downstream manufacturer in commodities like palm oil and halal food, promoting transparency and compliance like EUDR, ISCC, RSPO, HACCP, etc. Firnando previously led global operations for a youth NGO in 130+ countries, and has spearheaded ventures in AR/VR, retail, and software services.
