Flora is the Chief Commercial Officer of Asia Miles and the Global Head of Banking and Payment Partnerships at Cathay Pacific, a position she has held since September 2021. She leads strategy and revenue generation through co-branding and loyalty business partnerships with banks, fintechs and card schemes while managing regional Lifestyle teams in China, Canada, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, and India.

Flora joined Asia Miles in 2018 as the Head of Bank Partnerships, having previously held senior positions at HSBC, where she began as a management trainee. Her expertise encompasses Unsecured Lending, Loyalty Strategy, Analytics, and Credit Risk across Hong Kong, Australia, and Malaysia, along with experience in the Cards team at Citibank Hong Kong.

Flora's extensive knowledge in banking partnerships and regional management drives strategic growth in the Lifestyle business in Cathay Pacific.
