Garry Sien leads the International Solutions

and Innovation Department at Ant Digital Technologies, driving global growth and partnerships through advanced AI, blockchain, and fintech solutions. Based in Hong Kong, he supports Ant Digital Technologies’ mission of Enabling Global Business to Make Trust Simple by shaping go-to-market strategies and building collaborative industry ecosystems worldwide.

An experienced international technologist, Garry has led digital transformation initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region in fintech, cloud, and AI. Before joining Ant Group, he was Chief Solutions Architect for Global Financial Services at Alibaba Cloud Intelligence and previously Head of Technology for ANZ China.

Garry serves as a Founding Council Member of the Strategic AI Advisory Council at the Fintech Association of Hong Kong, and sits on the Executive Committees for Fintech at HKCS and for the Finance Industry at the Greater Bay Area 5G Industry Alliance. He remains passionate about advancing responsible innovation globally.
