Giorgia Pellizzari has over 15 years’ experience driving client solutions and product innovation across finance, technology, and digital assets. As CPO & Head of Custody at Hex Trust, she leads the development of secure, compliant, and institutional-grade custody solutions—spanning traditional wallets, custodial staking, and the safekeeping of tokenized real-world assets (RWAs).

She joined Hex Trust in 2020 and has been instrumental in evolving the firm’s custody into a full-service infrastructure supporting the needs of institutions across DeFi, tokenization, and blockchain interoperability.

She is also an advocate for female leadership in tech, mentoring through Web3 Women (W3W) and championing greater representation in digital finance.
