Gunarani Ganasagaran is a consultant at the intersection of sustainable supply chains, human rights, and broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues. With background in chemical engineering and business administration, her work is focused on translating complex regulatory requirements and societal expectations into actionable strategies that drive real-world impact. Her expertise spans advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, non-profits, and governmental bodies, particularly in developing robust ESG frameworks and implementing comprehensive human rights due diligence (HRDD) across intricate global supply chains. She advises boards on pioneering governance structures, climate-related disclosure, and supply chain resilience, ensuring that ethical compliance is not merely a cost center but a powerful driver of competitive advantage and positive human impact. Gunarani has a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Malaya and a Master’s degree in business administration from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK).
