Jessica Lam serves as Group Chief Strategy Officer at WeLab, a leading pan-Asian fintech platform with 60+ million users and 700+ enterprise customers across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Indonesia, and Malaysia. She drives the group's strategic direction, including the launch of WeLab Bank and expansion into Indonesia's digital banking market. Jessica also leads Communications, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations.

With over 15 years in fintech and banking, Jessica joined WeLab in 2017 after spending 12+ years at Goldman Sachs across Hong Kong, Singapore, and London, where she specialized in Investment Banking and Private Wealth Management.

Her industry leadership includes a four-year tenure as Board Member of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong (FTAHK), an independent organization representing Hong Kong's fintech community on the global stage.
