Jessica Lam is the Group Chief Strategy Officer at WeLab, a leading pan-Asian fintech platform with over 70 million individual users and over 700 enterprise customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Indonesia. The company operates one of the largest digital consumer finance businesses in Asia, two digital banks and a fast-growing B2B fintech enterprise solutions business.

Jessica drives the group’s overall strategy and regional expansion, and which includes spearheading the rollout of the WeLab Bank and expanding the group’s digital banking presence to Indonesia.

Jessica has over 20 years of fintech and banking experience. Prior to joining WeLab in 2017, Jessica spent over 13 years at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong, Singapore, and London specializing in Investment Banking as well as Private Wealth Management.
