Jessie is a treasury and payments expert with 22 years of experience in fintech, fund management and banking. She has a proven track record in a broad range of treasury capabilities, including FX risk management, derivatives and global fund movement, especially in emerging markets. She has successfully built and led teams from the ground up throughout her career.

She joined Coda in 2019 when it was ramping up its global operations and was instrumental in its growth to unicorn status.In August 2025, Coda acquired Recharge, Europe’s leading prepaid payments platform, expanding Coda's reach and cementing Coda as a global leader in digital content monetisation and distribution

Jessie is also the President of the https://www.fwasg.org/ (FWAS), a volunteer-led organisation with a core mission to empower and promote the advancement of Women in the financial sector in Singapore.
