She previously served as Chief Product Officer at WLTH, leading consumer lending and business payments, and as Head of Products at MYOB, overseeing product strategy for Payments, Loyalty, and Finance solutions.

Currently the CEO of Summit, Jo-ann leads initiatives to help customers gain control over expenses and reduce administrative burdens.

With her extensive experience in Consumer and Business Banking and a customer-centric approach, Jo-ann has driven significant revenue growth through business development, loyalty, and partnerships. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia.
