Jonathan Chan is the Head of Innovation Ventures at Julius Baer, a new unit that dedicated to identifying new approaches to enable the bank's strategic AI vision through parnterships. Previously, Jon was the lead the bank’s transformation into an AI-powered, data-driven global wealth manager. His role focuses on embedding innovation at the core of Julius Baer’s operations, leveraging technologies such as artificial intelligence and digital assets to redefine private banking.

Before joining Julius Baer in 2021, Jon held senior innovation positions at Cargill and AXA, where he spearheaded corporate venture building and digital transformation initiatives across Asia-Pacific.
