With 15 years of experience in financial sector, Joy specializes in relationship management and transaction banking across diverse client segments, including SMEs, large corporates, NBFIs, and financial institutions.

Before joining BNY, Joy specialized in global bank portfolio at DBS in Global Transaction Services as Sales Manager, leading collaboration with product teams. Prior to DBS, she held two roles at Bank of America Singapore - working with large Asian Corporates and later serving as APAC FI and NBFI Product Lead. Joy’s expertise in client solutioning and portfolio management empowers her to deliver customized transaction banking solutions that meet her clients’ specific needs.
