Kai is the Chief Executive Officer Designate and a member of ANEXT Bank’s Executive Committee. As a founding member and former Deputy CEO and CTO, Kai played an integral role in shaping the Bank’s vision and technology strategy to deliver tangible impact for SMEs. He spearheaded various initiatives to explore emerging technologies, forge partnerships, and develop new business models, ensuring ANEXT Bank remains at the forefront of digital banking innovation.

Bringing with him over 20 years of expertise in the fields of business, digital transformation and solution development, Kai’s career has centred on using innovation to deliver lasting impact. A firm believer in creating a culture of collaboration, Kai fosters an environment conducive to breakthroughs and continuous product innovation to drive financial inclusion.

Outside of work, Kai is passionate about serving the community and has held various grassroots leadership positions in his constituency for the past 10 years.
