Kaushik is the Global Head of Banking & Payments at Kraken and a member of its Senior Leadership Team, where he leads the company’s global banking strategy and relationships across all banks and financial institutions. In this role, he drives the development and execution of Kraken’s banking and payments ecosystem, securing and managing strategic partnerships that underpin all Kraken markets and products.

With over 25 years of international experience in the financial services industry, Kaushik has built a distinguished career with deep and diversified expertise spanning digital assets, banking, payments, fintech and mobile commerce across North America, Latin America, the United Kingdom, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.

Beyond his executive roles, Kaushik also serves as a Board Member, Non-Executive Director and strategic board advisor to multiple web3 and fintech companies. He is multilingual and actively engaged in advancing digital assets, innovation, governance and collaboration across the global financial ecosystem.
