Kelvin Tan is the Chief Executive Officer of audax, a corporate venture backed by Standard Chartered Bank, enabling banks and financial institutions to rapidly deploy and scale digital banking solutions. Under his leadership, audax has secured mandates from major financial institutions across Asia, helping banks unlock new revenue streams and drive scalable digital transformation.

Previously, Kelvin led the conceptualisation and launch of Standard Chartered Nexus, the bank’s pioneering Banking-as-a-Service platform. From 2012 to 2018, he held senior roles at Standard Chartered, delivering key initiatives such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and Singapore’s MyWay programme for the silver generation.

Kelvin's diverse experience in consumer finance, transaction banking, and FMCG across Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand. Recognised as a thought leader, Kelvin has spoken at international events including Finovate Asia and Money 20/20, and has been featured in major publications including BBC and Forbes.
