Mr. Kengkat currently serves as the Assistant Director of the Digital Financial Innovation Department, where he is responsible for developing and enhancing regulatory frameworks related to risk management, reporting standards, and net capital requirements for digital asset business operators. His work also covers revising regulations and establishing standards and best practices to support securities tokenization, as well as promoting innovation testing within the regulatory sandbox framework.

Since joining the organization in 2012, he has worked across several supervisory divisions overseeing securities and investment management firms, with extensive experience in financial risk management, cybersecurity oversight, and the application of technology within the capital market.

He holds an engineering background and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance, combining technical and financial expertise to drive digital transformation in the financial industry.
