Kenneth Chan is the CEO of Webull Securities Malaysia, a subsidiary of Webull Corporation. Based in Kuala Lumpur, he is responsible for providing direction and leadership and driving innovative growth plans for Webull Malaysia following its recent introduction in the country.

In a career spanning 18 years in the banking and finance industry, Kenneth has a wealth of industry experience in areas such as foreign exchange trading, asset management, and product and market development. Kenneth has a special interest in retail democratisation and leading development efforts which deliver societal benefits. As such, with Webull’s state-of-the-art investment platform, he finds value in building strategic alignments between emerging financial technologies and traditional businesses aimed to create better and more efficient access for the investing public.

Kenneth was previously the Executive Vice President of Bursa Malaysia, where he led multiple efforts aimed at strengthening the infrastructure of the Malaysian capital market.
