Kevin Kang is a Co-Founder at Reap, a global financial technology company that enables financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide through stablecoin-enabled infrastructure.

At Reap, Kevin oversees the company's overall operations and strategic growth initiatives, and is also responsible for driving organizational efficiency. Drawing on his background in banking, particularly with regulation and risk management, Kevin brings the discipline of traditional finance to the agility of fintech, ensuring Reap scales efficiently while maintaining operational excellence and trust.

Kevin began his career in investment banking at Scotiabank, one of Canada’s Big Five banks, where he witnessed firsthand the barriers to access in legacy financial systems for both web2 and web3 companies. Recognizing this opportunity to bridge these gaps using innovative financial technology, he co-founded Reap in 2018 with Daren Guo, his childhood best friend.
