Lionel Grosclaude is Chief Executive Officer of Fime, a global leader in payments, digital identity and mobility consulting and testing. Since taking the helm in 2018, he has led the company’s transformation into a trusted innovation partner for governments, central banks, and financial institutions worldwide. Under his leadership, Fime has expanded across Asia, Europe and the Americas, launched new digital identity and AI-driven testing services, and strengthened its strategic consulting arm through the integration of Consult Hyperion.

With over 20 years’ experience across telecom, IT, and financial services, Lionel combines deep technical understanding with strategic vision. His work continues to shape the future of trusted digital infrastructure—helping nations and payment ecosystems build secure, interoperable, and inclusive digital economies.

He holds an Aeronautics Engineering degree and an MBA from ESSEC Business School in France.
