Livia started her payments journey with American Express in Operations, Risk and Commercial products and later worked on B2B product management roles at Visa and Mastercard.

Along the way she has worked with global enterprises, payment service providers (NTT Data and Wirecard), issuers, acquirers and merchants in travel & retail. For the past 6 years, Livia has been driving payments for gaming at Tencent and NetEase Games. In her global payments role for gaming, she is also in charge of business development, brand collaborations and partnerships internationally.
